An IVE travel guide needs a different approach from the usual K-pop filming-location list. There is no single “IVE pilgrimage district” in Seoul, and many music videos use controlled sets rather than places visitors can simply walk into.
That does not mean DIVE has nowhere meaningful to go. In fact, IVE has one of the better travel-show trails for fans who want to visit places the members actually spent time in, especially in Gangwon State. Add a Seoul brunch stop connected to An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung, a Gaeul hometown day in Incheon, and a Yujin-focused Gapyeong extension, and you can build a trip that feels connected to IVE without inventing “sacred spots” that are really just office buildings.
This guide focuses on places that are public, visitable and worth the trip even after the fan connection is taken away.
IVE fan trip at a glance
- Seoul: begin with the Cheongdam brunch stop featured in member content.
- Chuncheon: focus on Uiamho Lake and the Samaksan cable car route.
- Wonju: pair the Sogeum Mountain Grand Valley with the central market.
1. mmn in Cheongdam — Yujin and Wonyoung’s brunch stop
If you want an IVE-related stop inside Seoul, mmn is one of the easiest places to start.
An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung visited the brunch café after a Pilates class during Omniscient Interfering View. Korea Tourism Organization now lists the café specifically as an IVE-related destination, which makes this one of the clearest fixed fan stops in Seoul.
The café is in Cheongdam, so it fits naturally into a Gangnam day rather than requiring a separate cross-city trip. The menu includes salads, sandwiches and brunch dishes, and the venue is known for onion soup and carrot cake.
Address: 39, Dosan-daero 66-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Best for: Yujin and Wonyoung fans, a relaxed brunch, and travelers already visiting Cheongdam or Apgujeong.
Because cafés can change operating hours or reservation rules, check the current listing before going. Official reference: VISITKOREA — mmn.
2. Sogeum Mountain Grand Valley in Wonju — the IVE suspension-bridge challenge
For a full-group IVE trip, the strongest route starts outside Seoul.
IVE visited Sogeum Mountain Grand Valley in Wonju while filming IDOL 1N2D. One of the main moments from the episode was the group crossing the long pedestrian suspension bridge over the valley.
This is a good fan destination because it is not dependent on one exact camera angle. The bridge, cliffs, river scenery, deck paths and viewpoints are the attraction. You can recognize the setting from the show and still have a satisfying day even if you are traveling with someone who is not an IVE fan.
Address: 317, Jijeong-ro, Jijeong-myeon, Wonju-si, Gangwon State.
Best for: the complete group-travel feeling, scenery and active day trips.
Seasonal opening times, night programs and ticket combinations change, so check the current schedule before making the trip.
3. Maze Art Wonju Central Market — the more everyday side of IVE’s Wonju trip

After a dramatic suspension bridge, a traditional market may sound like a smaller stop. But this is exactly the kind of place that makes a fan itinerary feel more personal.
IVE visited Maze Art Wonju Central Market during their IDOL 1N2D trip and completed missions around the market while exploring food and small shops.
The market combines older traditional-market spaces with workshops and younger businesses, so it gives you something closer to an ordinary Korean city experience than a purpose-built K-pop attraction.
Address: 2, Jungangsijang-gil, Wonju-si, Gangwon State.
Best for: food, small souvenirs and fans who enjoy recreating the atmosphere of variety-show episodes rather than only taking posed photos.
If you travel to Wonju, it makes much more sense to combine this with Sogeum Mountain Grand Valley instead of visiting the market alone from Seoul.
4. King Canoe Quay in Chuncheon — follow IVE onto Uiamho Lake

IVE’s Chuncheon IDOL 1N2D route is probably the best single regional trip for DIVE.
At King Canoe Quay, the members took a canoe trip on Uiamho Lake. Unlike a location where all you can do is stand where a camera once stood, this one allows you to repeat the actual type of activity shown in the program.
The setting is quiet and scenic, with the lake and surrounding mountains giving the trip a completely different feeling from Seoul.
Address: 684, Songam-dong, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon State.
Best for: fans traveling with friends, outdoor activities and anyone who wants a memorable IVE experience instead of a quick photo stop.
Canoe programs depend on weather and current operations, so reserve or confirm ahead when possible.
5. Chuncheon Samaksan Mountain Lake Cable Car — one of the easiest IVE activities to recreate
The Samaksan Mountain Lake Cable Car is another major stop from IVE’s Chuncheon trip.
The cable car crosses Uiamho Lake and climbs toward Samaksan Mountain, giving wide views of Chuncheon and the surrounding landscape. IVE rode the cable car as part of their youth-themed trip on IDOL 1N2D.
This is probably the easiest IVE activity to recommend to a first-time visitor because it does not require much physical effort, the views are the main attraction, and it can be combined with other Chuncheon locations in the same day.
Address: 245, Sports town-gil, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon State.
Best for: first-time Chuncheon visitors, scenic photos and fans who want to repeat an activity the members actually did.
Official IVE route information for Wonju and Chuncheon is available through VISITKOREA — IVE’s Gangwon State Tour.
6. Chuncheon Myeongdong Dakgalbi Street — make the fan trip taste like Chuncheon
A pilgrimage does not have to be a building or filming set.
IVE’s Chuncheon course also included the city’s famous dakgalbi street. Chuncheon is strongly associated with dakgalbi, a stir-fried chicken dish usually cooked with cabbage, sweet potato, rice cake and spicy sauce.
This is one of the stops I would keep even if the IVE connection disappeared. After a canoe trip or cable-car ride, sitting down for a local meal makes the day feel like an actual trip rather than a sequence of fan checkpoints.
Best for: lunch or dinner during an IVE-themed Chuncheon day.
There are many restaurants in the area, so there is no need to force one exact table or dish unless the program itself is the main reason for your visit.
7. Chuncheondaegyo Bridge — end the Chuncheon day with the night view
The official IVE Chuncheon itinerary also includes Chuncheondaegyo Bridge, known for its evening views over the lake.
This is a good final stop because it gives the day a natural ending. You can spend the daytime doing activities connected to the members, eat dakgalbi, then see the lakeside city at night before returning to Seoul.
Best for: photography and a slower finish to the day.
Do not build your entire Chuncheon trip around the bridge alone. Its value comes from how well it completes the rest of the IVE route.
8. Gapyeong Sheep Farm — an An Yujin Earth Arcade extension
If Yujin is your bias, there is a second fan-travel route that is not technically an IVE group trip but is too good to ignore.
Yujin visited Gapyeong Sheep Farm with the cast of Earth Arcade’s Vroom Vroom. The program followed the cast on a road trip through Gapyeong, and the farm became one of the most memorable stops.
You can feed sheep, see other animals, visit the café and experience the same relaxed countryside atmosphere shown in the program. Yujin even bought a sheep bag in the merchandise shop during the trip.
Address: 1209, Yumyeong-ro, Seorak-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do.
Best for: Yujin fans, families, friends and anyone who wants a day outside Seoul.
Korea Tourism Organization has a dedicated route based on the program: VISITKOREA — Earth Arcade’s Gapyeong Trip.
9. Neolmijae Gogaenmaru Sanchaega — eat where Yujin’s Gapyeong trip began
The same Earth Arcade route includes Neolmijae Gogaenmaru Sanchaega, a restaurant serving mountain vegetables, deodeok and other Korean dishes.
Yujin chose the restaurant because of her preference for Korean food, and the cast ate dishes including grilled deodeok, bulgogi and kongbiji.
This is not the kind of place I would recommend traveling to solely for a celebrity connection. It becomes worthwhile when you are already doing the Gapyeong route and want to turn the trip into a full day.
Address: 581, Hanseo-ro, Seorak-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do.
Best for: Yujin fans doing the full Gapyeong road-trip route.
10. Incheon — a Gaeul hometown day, not a “member sighting” trip
Gaeul was born in Incheon, and Korea Tourism Organization includes her in its Hallyu-star hometown guide to the city.
That does not mean every tourist attraction in Incheon is personally connected to Gaeul. The better way to approach it is as a hometown-themed extension: visit a city connected to her background while enjoying places that are worth seeing in their own right.
Good options include Incheon Art Platform, Songdo Central Park and Wolmido Island. None should be presented as a place where you can expect to see Gaeul, and there is no reason to search for private addresses.
Best for: Gaeul fans who want to add a member-focused regional day without crossing personal boundaries.
Official reference: VISITKOREA — Hallyu Star Hometown Tour in Incheon.
What about Starship Entertainment?
Starship Entertainment is IVE’s agency, but an agency office is a workplace, not a fan attraction.
There is little value in building a travel day around standing outside an office entrance, and there is no guarantee of seeing an artist. If the company runs an official public event, pop-up or exhibition, follow the official notice for that event instead.
The best IVE trip is built around places where fans are actually welcome.
Why this IVE route is different from a typical “MV location” guide
For IVE, I would not force a long list of supposed music-video locations just to make the article look bigger.
Many IVE videos are highly stylized and use sets or spaces that are not practical public travel destinations. The group’s travel-variety appearances give fans something more useful: activities, food, scenery and places that can be visited without trespassing or guessing whether an old filming set still exists.
That makes the Wonju and Chuncheon routes unusually strong for international fans.
IVE travel guide: a one-day Chuncheon trip from Seoul
If you only have one extra day outside Seoul, I would choose Chuncheon.
Morning: travel from Seoul to Chuncheon, then head to King Canoe Quay if you have a reservation.
Midday: ride the Samaksan Mountain Lake Cable Car.
Afternoon: explore the lake area or central Chuncheon.
Dinner: eat dakgalbi around Chuncheon Myeongdong Dakgalbi Street.
Evening: see the area around Chuncheondaegyo Bridge before returning to Seoul.
This route has a clear IVE connection but still feels like a complete Korea travel day.
A second regional option: Wonju
If you prefer mountain scenery and walking, choose Wonju instead.
Start with Sogeum Mountain Grand Valley, then continue to Maze Art Wonju Central Market. This is a simpler route than Chuncheon, but the suspension bridge makes it one of the most visually memorable IVE-related experiences.
If your trip stays entirely in Seoul
Do not worry if you cannot fit Gangwon State into your schedule.
Visit mmn in Cheongdam as your fixed IVE stop, then spend the rest of the day enjoying Gangnam, Apgujeong or Seongsu rather than forcing weak fan locations into the itinerary. If an official IVE pop-up, exhibition or concert is running during your dates, that should take priority over any permanent “pilgrimage” list.
Before following an IVE travel route
- Check the latest opening hours for cafés and attractions.
- Reserve activities such as canoeing when required.
- Save Korean place names in Naver Map.
- Check the last train or bus back before taking a regional day trip.
- Keep weather in mind for lake, bridge and mountain activities.
- Do not visit private addresses or wait outside workplaces.
- For temporary IVE pop-ups, use the official artist or organizer notice as the final source.
Build the fan trip around places you would enjoy anyway
The best IVE itinerary is not a race to collect photos. It is a day in Chuncheon where you canoe on the lake, ride the cable car and eat dakgalbi because those are the same kinds of experiences the members had. Or it is a quieter brunch in Cheongdam because you remember Yujin and Wonyoung sitting there on a variety show.
That kind of trip lasts longer in your memory than standing outside a company building.
