HANDONG
Sub-Vocalist · Solo Artist
Profile
HANDONG is Dreamcatcher’s Chinese member and a vocalist who joined the lineup during the transition from MINX to Dreamcatcher. Her career has moved between Korean group promotions and individual work in China, giving her one of the group’s most cross-market activity histories.
After her exclusive contract with Dreamcatcher Company ended in 2025, she remained a Dreamcatcher member while continuing solo work.
Pre-Debut Background
HANDONG was born in Wuhan and came to Korea before joining Dreamcatcher. Profile references describe a relatively short trainee period of about six months before her 2017 debut.
Unlike JiU, SuA, Siyeon, Yoohyeon and Dami, she was not a member of MINX and joined when Dreamcatcher was formed as a seven-member group.
