DAMI
Main Rapper · Lead Dancer · Sub-Vocalist · Songwriter · Solo Artist
Profile
DAMI is Dreamcatcher’s main rapper, a dancer and a songwriter whose lower vocal tone is one of the group’s most recognizable contrasts. She was part of MINX before re-debuting with Dreamcatcher and has accumulated writing and composition participation alongside her performance role.
After leaving Dreamcatcher Company’s exclusive contract in 2025, she remained a Dreamcatcher member and opened a separate solo chapter with “Chequered Flag.”
Pre-Debut Background
DAMI trained for roughly a year and a half before her MINX debut. Profile references also note her background in kendo and a strong interest in books, but the most relevant pre-Dreamcatcher point is that she entered the 2017 re-debut with established experience as MINX’s rapper.
She also participated in MIXNINE before leaving because of group schedules.
