Profile
GAHYUN is Dreamcatcher’s youngest member, a rapper and vocalist who joined the team when MINX was reorganized into Dreamcatcher. Her official romanized stage name changed from Gahyeon to Gahyun in 2024, while her KWaveScope URL is retained for continuity.
After her Dreamcatcher Company contract ended in 2025, she remained part of the group and began a separate acting career in 2026 under the name Lee Seo Yul.
Pre-Debut Background
GAHYUN was not part of MINX. She trained for about six months before joining Handong as one of the two new members added for Dreamcatcher’s 2017 debut.
Profile references also describe her as a strong student before debut, but her key career distinction is entering directly with Dreamcatcher rather than through the earlier MINX lineup.
