Fans who were counting down to ONEUS’s return to Brazil have received disappointing news. The group’s FULL MOON world tour will not stop at Audio in São Paulo on November 2, 2026, as originally planned. Tour organizer ABRIDGE announced on October 28 that the entire Latin American leg has been postponed.
The announcement arrived just five days before the first scheduled show. Some ticketing websites and older concert calendars still display the original date, but those listings have been overtaken by the organizer’s notice. No new dates have been announced.
Why the São Paulo show will not take place on November 2
The original Brazilian stop was scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at Audio on Avenida Francisco Matarazzo. It was advertised as ONEUS’s only Brazilian performance on this leg, with different ticket packages offering admission and optional fan experiences.
In its October 28 statement, ABRIDGE cited unforeseen circumstances that made it difficult to hold the concerts as planned while ensuring safe and well-organized events. The organizer emphasized that ONEUS, their agency B.WAVE Entertainment and the local production partners were not responsible for the decision.
That distinction matters: this is a change to the Latin American segment, not an announcement that every FULL MOON show around the world has been canceled.
What happens to tickets?
ABRIDGE confirmed that buyers of tickets for the original Latin American dates will receive full refunds. Each city’s official ticketing platform will provide the relevant instructions and processing timetable. Fans should keep their purchase confirmation and follow the seller’s announcements.
For São Paulo specifically, local promoter Gig Music said existing tickets will be canceled and refunded through PixelTicket; they will not remain valid for a possible rescheduled show. PixelTicket’s older event listing still shows November 2, but that reflects the original schedule, not a confirmed upcoming performance.

The next step for ONEUS fans in South America
ABRIDGE has not yet announced new tour dates. ABRIDGE says it is coordinating with the relevant parties and will announce further information through official channels. Travelers who made separate hotel or flight bookings will need to consult those providers about their individual terms.
ONEUS opened the FULL MOON tour with concerts in Seoul on October 24 and 25. The Latin American postponement does not mean that the group’s entire world tour has been canceled. For fans in São Paulo, the immediate priority is now the refund process and any future announcement of new dates.
