THE BOYZ debuted in December 2017. As of September 2026, the group continues with nine members: SANGYEON, JACOB, YOUNGHOON, HYUNJAE, JUYEON, KEVIN, Q, SUNWOO and ERIC.
On September 14, 2026, 78 RECORDS announced that it would exclusively manage the nine members’ group activities, while each member’s individual schedules remain with his respective personal agency. This structure followed months of agency and contract changes surrounding the group.
Leader SANGYEON completed his military service in September 2026. With his return, all nine current members reunited and resumed official group social-media activity.
The group’s most recent major Korean mini album before the 2026 restructuring was a;effect, released July 28, 2025 with “Stylish” as its lead track. A special single, Still Love You, followed in December 2025.
