ZEROBASEONE
Profile
ZEROBASEONE debuted on July 10, 2023 after being formed through Mnet’s BOYS PLANET. The original nine-member project lineup built a fast-selling catalog that included six consecutive million-selling albums and major Korean and international chart milestones.
In February 2026, WAKEONE announced that ZEROBASEONE would continue as a five-member group consisting of SUNG HAN BIN, KIM JI WOONG, SEOK MATTHEW, KIM TAE RAE and PARK GUN WOOK. ZHANG HAO, RICKY, KIM GYU VIN and HAN YU JIN completed the project period and left after the March encore concerts.
The reorganized five-member lineup launched its new chapter with the sixth mini album Ascend- on May 18, led by “TOP 5.” In August, the group released its second Japanese EP 回帰LOVE, featuring “Existence,” “Aphrodite” and a Japanese version of “TOP 5.”
On September 21, SEOK MATTHEW and PARK GUN WOOK launched ZEROBASEONE’s first official unit, EMP, with the self-produced mixtape EMP Mixtape Vol. 1: We the Extra.
