Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

KWaveScope respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you visit kwavescope.com, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.

Information We May Collect

When you visit KWaveScope, technical and usage information may be collected automatically. This can include your browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location, IP address, referral source, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

We may also receive information that you voluntarily provide when you email us or use a website feature. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your inquiry.

Cookies and Analytics

KWaveScope may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand how visitors use our content, improve performance, and measure audience activity. We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics, which can collect usage information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Google AdSense and Advertising Cookies

KWaveScope may use Google AdSense and other third-party advertising services. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve, personalize, and measure advertisements based on a visitor’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Where required by law, visitors will be offered appropriate consent choices for personalized or non-personalized advertising. For visitors in regions where Google requires it, including the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, KWaveScope will use a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) that integrates with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) before serving personalized ads.

You can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can manage advertising personalization through Google My Ad Center. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although some website functions may not work as intended.

Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

Articles may link to or embed content from third-party services, including YouTube, Instagram, X, entertainment agencies, streaming platforms, and news organizations. Those services may collect data or set cookies under their own policies. KWaveScope is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

Travel Searches and Location Access

Our travel finder is currently a private preview and uses an embedded K CULT GO service. Loading it connects your browser to kcultgo.com. When you submit a search, the search terms and selected options are processed by that service and its relevant data providers. Nearby bus-stop searches request browser location permission when you choose that feature; if permitted, coordinates are sent to K CULT GO and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport TAGO service to look up stops. You can decline location permission and search by name instead, or revoke permission in your browser settings. Review K CULT GO and the relevant providers for their privacy information. Do not enter sensitive personal information in travel search fields.
