BTS Arrives in Argentina on October 19 Ahead of Three Sold-Out La Plata Concerts

K-ARTIST UPDATES · OCTOBER 20, 2026

BTS has arrived in Argentina. Local outlet Infobae photographed the seven-member group at Ezeiza International Airport on October 19 after its Chile stop, setting the scene for three sold-out ARIRANG shows in nearby La Plata.

The Argentine leg of BTS’s ARIRANG world tour began to feel real on Monday, October 19, when the group arrived at Ministro Pistarini International Airport, commonly known as Ezeiza, outside Buenos Aires. Infobae’s Teleshow reported the arrival and published photographs from the airport, following the band’s concerts in Chile.

For local ARMY, the significance lies in where the group was headed next. BTS is scheduled to play three concerts at Estadio Único Diego Armando Maradona in La Plata on October 21, 23 and 24. The dates are sold out, with the October 21 concert added after strong demand for the first announced performances.

From Chile to Ezeiza

Infobae reported that the musicians traveled from Chile on a private aircraft, while a separate aircraft carrying production personnel had arrived earlier. The outlet described coordinated security and several vehicles used for onward transport. These are details reported from the airport, rather than a reason to speculate about the members’ exact personal movements after landing.

The full seven-member lineup—RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook—has returned to international group touring after a period that included individual projects and military obligations. Argentina is one of the South American destinations along the route.

Why La Plata, rather than central Buenos Aires?

Although international fans may refer to the concerts as the Buenos Aires shows, the actual stadium is in La Plata, the capital of Buenos Aires Province. That distinction matters for hotel choices, travel time and event-day planning. Fans using a navigation app should enter the stadium itself instead of assuming the venue sits in downtown Buenos Aires.

The three dates also change the scale of local planning. The stadium’s facilities, access roads, transportation and temporary crowd-control arrangements have to cope with repeated large audiences across the week, rather than a single arrival and departure.

The concerts are still ahead

Infobae’s October 19 coverage states that all three shows are scheduled for 8 p.m. local time. The arrival photographs do not document a concert performance, reveal the final La Plata set list or confirm how stage interactions will unfold. Those details belong to the upcoming event reports.

The October 24 show is also included in plans for a cinema live-viewing experience in other South American markets, extending one night’s performance beyond the stadium. Viewers should confirm their own territory’s screening arrangements through official channels.

BTS’s Argentina stop moves quickly from arrival at Ezeiza to three stadium nights in La Plata. The first concert is scheduled just two days after the group landed, leaving local fans with little time between the airport photographs and the opening show.
