Profile
MCND (엠씨엔디), short for Music Creates New Dream, is a five-member South Korean boy group formed by TOP Media. CASTLE J, BIC, MINJAE, HUIJUN and WIN debuted on February 27, 2020 with into the ICE AGE. Their early hip-hop sound and precision choreography made the group recognizable for lively stage performances and self-confident hooks.
Before their official debut, the five members introduced their style with TOP GANG in January 2020. Songs such as ICE AGE, Crush, Movin’, #MOOD and ODD-VENTURE show MCND’s preference for a rhythmic, movement-centered approach to pop. Their fans are called GEM.
After the 2024 X10 mini-album and summer single ADDD, MCND returned as five with the seventh mini-album Devil Youth Club on September 10, 2026. It shifts their hip-hop foundation toward rougher guitar and rock influences. The EP includes Beat Don’t Stop, Hot Stuff, She Got That and the title track. WIN is credited on Hot Stuff.
In 2025, MINJAE, HUIJUN and WIN temporarily paused activities, including participation in the television project Boys II Planet. This was not a permanent lineup change: all five returned for Devil Youth Club. Concerts and international interviews also show a group that has continued to cultivate GEM communities across Europe, the Americas and beyond.
