Profile
CASTLE J (캐슬제이) leads MCND as a rapper, songwriter and creative contributor. He is especially associated with the group’s early hip-hop identity: before the February 2020 debut, he helped create the pre-debut TOP GANG material, then wrote lyrics for the debut title song ICE AGE. His work gives MCND an internally rooted creative perspective rather than a purely performance-driven identity.
From the youthful tone of MCND AGE to the story of ODD-VENTURE and the harder-edged 2026 Devil Youth Club era, CASTLE J has remained a central musical and performance figure. He continued group activities alongside BIC when three younger members temporarily paused their schedules in 2025. The group’s 2026 return reunited the full five-member lineup.
MCND is managed by TOP Media and first debuted on February 27, 2020. Its five members perform for fans known as GEM. The group’s 2026 comeback, Devil Youth Club, follows its albums and singles of the 2020–2024 period.
