Profile
CIX, short for “Complete in X,” debuted under C9 Entertainment in July 2019 with the EP HELLO Chapter 1: Hello, Stranger and its title track “Movie Star.” Their catalog developed through the HELLO, OK and GO series, combining cinematic concepts, performance-focused pop and darker R&B-influenced material.
The group originally debuted with five members. Bae Jinyoung left in August 2024, after which BX, SEUNGHUN, YONGHEE and HYUNSUK continued as a four-member lineup. In April 2026, C9 Entertainment announced that team activities would stop as the members’ contracts ended. The company said it intended to maintain communication with the members so the CIX brand could potentially return in the future.
