EJ is &TEAM’s leader. His earlier appearance on I-LAND preceded the &AUDITION project that formed the group, giving him a public trainee history before the December 2022 debut. His role connects the members’ different backgrounds within a Japan-based multinational team.

Leadership here is distinct from nationality or the language of a release. The official Japanese member directory lists EJ alongside the other eight performers, and the group’s Korean mini albums extend a catalogue that began in Japan.

The group’s 2025 Go in Blind and Back to Life releases and its 2026 Mark on Me era form part of his shared career. They are listed as group activities, not personal solo awards or albums. The official member page is the primary identity reference; no unverified personal social account is substituted with a group account.
