JAY CHANG is an American vocalist who balances his independent releases with participation in ONE PACT. Raised in New Jersey, he gained attention through televised music competitions before his official Korean solo debut on October 17, 2023, with the EP Late Night, followed by ONE PACT’s debut later that year.
His voice is a central part of ONE PACT’s melodic identity. He also competed on Build Up: Vocal Boy Group Survivor and promoted with its winning vocal group B.D.U, allowing him to explore vocal arrangements beyond ONE PACT’s own production style.
In July 2025, he released the personal song 180928~ as part of ONE PACK and ONE FACT. Unlike that member special video, FEEL—issued on March 6, 2026—is a separate Jay Chang solo single, with an official music video released by Warner Music Korea. He also contributed lyric writing to ONE PACT’s TUNED IN project in July 2026.
