SANA is a member of TWICE and MISAMO, the Japanese trio with MINA and MOMO. On MISAMO’s first Japanese full album PLAY, released February 4, 2026, her individual song is “Ma Cherry.” The track appears on the standard edition and her member edition.

On TWICE’s fourth Korean studio album THIS IS FOR (July 11, 2025), SANA participates in the member combinations on DAT AHH DAT OOH and LET LOVE GO. These tracks sit alongside full-group songs, giving listeners a way to compare the complete TWICE sound with smaller vocal lineups.
