Profile
WOOCHAN, born Jo Woo-chan on January 20, 2005, is a South Korean rapper and songwriter in THEBLACKLABEL’s ALLDAY PROJECT. Before debuting with the group he was already known in Korean hip-hop from his appearance on the television rap competition SHOW ME THE MONEY 6 at a young age.
He also spent time training before joining ALLDAY PROJECT. His early rap experience informs the group’s emphasis on hip-hop beats, fast-changing flow and striking differences between the five members’ voices.
WOOCHAN debuted with the group on June 23, 2025. The group’s first EP ALLDAY PROJECT, released December 8, 2025, includes WHERE YOU AT, a two-person unit recording with ANNIE. That is part of the group album, not a stand-alone independent WOOCHAN solo release.
He was credited for writing the September 2026 comeback track CRASH alongside TARZZAN and BAILEY. Music earned as a group and songwriting performed within the group are separated from his pre-debut appearances.
