Profile
WOOSEOK (Jung Wooseok) is PENTAGON’s main rapper, lyricist and songwriter. His low-register delivery helped shape the group’s music, including its self-written repertoire and live stage arrangements.
Outside the group he has developed independent music blending alternative rock, hip-hop and guitar-led arrangements. His first solo single album Empty Paper, released on February 24, 2024, included the songs Navy Blue and Sketch. He later released ender to ander in May 2025.
He joined PENTAGON’s seven-member tenth-anniversary reunion in 2026. These solo recordings are separate from PENTAGON, the WOOSEOK x KUANLIN duo and individual guest appearances.
