&TEAM is a nine-member group based in Japan and managed by YX LABELS, formerly HYBE LABELS JAPAN. The members are EJ, FUMA, K, NICHOLAS, YUMA, JO, HARUA, TAKI and MAKI. Their December 2022 debut EP First Howling : ME introduced Under the skin and a group identity built around connection, growth and tightly coordinated performance.

The lineup came together through &AUDITION – The Howling. K, NICHOLAS, EJ and TAKI entered that project with earlier survival-show experience, while FUMA, YUMA, JO, HARUA and MAKI completed the nine-member team. That shared background helps explain the emphasis on learning to perform as an ensemble rather than simply collecting individual talents.

Japan is the group’s principal base, but it is not an all-Japanese lineup. EJ is South Korean, NICHOLAS is Taiwanese, and other members bring Japanese or mixed family backgrounds. Their releases and performances reach audiences across Japan, Korea and beyond. Nationality, agency location and a group’s main market describe different things and are kept separate here.

After the First Howling releases, the group developed a seasonal Japanese release series and continued expanding its Korean-language catalogue. Go in Blind arrived in April 2025, followed by the Korean mini album Back to Life later that year. In 2026 the official release archive lists We on Fire and the second Korean mini album Mark on Me. Their fans are known as LUNÉ.
