Profile
AKO is the Japanese member of UNCHILD. She was introduced as a member of the six-person lineup announced by High Up Entertainment ahead of the group’s April 21, 2026 debut, with a playful concept that emphasizes her expressive personality.
Her debut trailer introduces her stepping out of a car beneath bright lights, while the agency describes her unexpected reactions and lively character as one of the group’s points of charm. The debut-era concept photos further placed AKO in the fictional UNCHILD High School as the Self-Love Club President, a lighthearted extension of the group’s independence theme.
AKO participates in the group’s music, dance and promotional appearances. Group-album songs and performances do not count as independent AKO solo releases, and no separately released solo album is confirmed.
