JENNIE
Singer and rapper · Solo · BLACKPINK member
Profile
JENNIE debuted with BLACKPINK in 2016 and began releasing solo music with “SOLO” in 2018. Her individual catalog gives her more room to move between rap, sung passages and pop arrangements than a single role label suggests.
Ruby, released in 2025, developed that range into a full solo album. In 2026 she moved into another solo chapter with “Less than a Lover” and the digital EP Fallen Angel. Those releases extend her catalog beyond the Ruby era while keeping the contrast between rap-led tracks, sung pop material and performance-focused visuals.
Start with the debut solo video below, then return to a BLACKPINK track to compare how her delivery changes between individual and group recordings. Her personal Instagram is separated from the group channels so that solo updates and BLACKPINK announcements remain easy to distinguish.
