JISOO Sets October 30 ‘ADDICTED’ Release, Reveals New Teaser and Solo Lightstick

October 27, 2026 | KPOP-NEW

JISOO is preparing to release “ADDICTED” on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 8 a.m. Korean time. It is the second advance single from the BLACKPINK singer’s forthcoming first full-length solo album, following “CLICK” in September. Over the weekend, her agency BLISSOO rolled out a series of teasers—while a very different announcement, an ice-cream-shaped solo lightstick, gave fans something else to talk about.

A teaser built on a storm of colour

BLISSOO opened the campaign on October 24 with a flash of lightning cutting through a purple sky. The bolt briefly formed a heart before the “ADDICTED” title appeared. It was a striking introduction, but it revealed almost nothing about the finished recording.

That changed slightly over the next two days. A concept image showed JISOO with straight-cut bangs and dark nails, partly concealed by a glittering curtain. Then the October 26 teaser brought a few seconds of her voice and movement into view. The mood is more shadowy than the colourful promotional world of “CLICK,” although the preview is too short to confidently label the new song’s genre or predict its entire sound.

In “Caught in your wave,” JISOO gives a brief glimpse of the music and performance ahead of release day. This is an official short-form preview, not the full “ADDICTED” music video. The finished single was still unreleased when this article was prepared.

ProjectSecond advance track from her upcoming first solo studio album

“ADDICTED” follows the September 4 single “CLICK,” beginning a new sequence of solo releases after JISOO’s 2025 mini-album AMORTAGE. BLISSOO has confirmed the new track’s place in her first full-length album campaign, but a firm release date for the complete album has not been announced in these teaser materials. Fans can find the official “ADDICTED” pre-save page before the song becomes available.

Why the lightstick looks like ice cream

While “ADDICTED” has been presented through dark, cinematic imagery, JISOO’s first official solo lightstick takes an entirely different approach: it looks like a little ice-cream cone, topped with purple and white scoops. The playful object is distinctive enough to be recognised without a group logo, giving JISOO her own piece of fan merchandise alongside BLACKPINK’s familiar lightstick.

BLISSOO announced the product on October 24 and opened sales through the official JISOO app on October 26. This is a separate merchandise launch, not a bundle or a confirmed collectible included with the “ADDICTED” single. Availability, purchase eligibility, delivery regions and pricing should be checked directly in the official shop, as those details can change.

A solo identity beyond a single song

For JISOO, this week brings together two sides of her solo career. The single previews a new visual identity as she works toward her first full-length album, while the lightstick reflects the close relationship between a solo artist and the fans who follow her beyond group activities.

Still, the teaser leaves meaningful questions open. We have only heard a small portion of “ADDICTED,” so claims about the complete arrangement, lyrics or music-video storyline would be premature. The October 30 release will provide the first opportunity to judge how the song fits alongside “CLICK,” “FLOWER” and her other solo work.

Readers can explore her earlier releases and career information in the JISOO artist profile. The official video above will remain a teaser until the full release arrives.
