RYUJIN is a rapper and dancer in ITZY. She was introduced to audiences through pre-debut performance work, including MIXNINE, before joining the group’s original lineup in 2019. Her delivery and sharply defined movement have become recognisable parts of ITZY’s ensemble performances.

Her individual songs include Run Away on BORN TO BE and LOOK on the 2026 mini album Motto. They let listeners hear a more focused version of her performance identity, but both belong to the group’s album catalogue. They should not automatically be described as independent solo album debuts.

In a 2024 Reuters interview, she discussed the difference made by presenting individual songs on tour. That concert context helps explain how ITZY uses solo stages while maintaining the five-member group at the centre of its work.
