SUNMI is a South Korean singer and songwriter whose career connects Wonder Girls with a distinctive solo catalogue. She debuted with the group in 2007, began solo activities with 24 Hours in 2013 and later returned to Wonder Girls before the group’s 2017 conclusion. Her group debut and solo debut therefore describe different starting points.

Her solo records often bring together dance-pop, retro textures and an unsettling visual edge. Gashina, Heroine, Siren, Noir and pporappippam offer different routes into that sound. Performance and storytelling are closely linked in her videos, but each release also develops its own musical setting rather than simply repeating one image.

ABYSS Company manages her current solo activities. HEART MAID, released on November 5, 2025, is her first solo full-length album, led by CYNICAL. The phrase first full-length refers to her individual catalogue; it does not erase the studio albums she recorded earlier as a Wonder Girls member.

Her official artist page also features the 2026 single Forever July. This profile follows her solo releases separately from the Wonder Girls group history and uses official uploads for the video section. Personal social links and the agency’s official artist page provide routes to her current activities.
