LIA is a vocalist in ITZY’s original five-member lineup. Her singing provides a contrasting texture within a group often introduced through its dance performances. She debuted with IT’z Different in 2019 and has participated in the group’s development across Korean and Japanese releases.

Her health-related hiatus affected the initial BORN TO BE era. It did not mean she had left ITZY, and her return was reflected in the five-member GOLD promotion in 2024. Blossom, included on BORN TO BE, and Asylum on Motto are individual songs within group albums.

Her work also includes soundtrack recordings. Those credits should be distinguished from an independently launched solo album campaign. The official group profile and personal Instagram provide separate routes to her group and individual identity.
